Dear BR Members-Buyers! You no need to be scared to lose your money and not get the ordered services (if the Service Provider will want to deceive you! Because we will not let this to happen! After Payment of the ordered services on BetaRill, the Service Provider will get the amount but it will be on Pending Account, so the Service Provider will not able to use it or withdraw. In order the Payment would be active for the Service Provider, you (as the customer) must to confirm that fact that you got the service and in add in right conditions For this, on the special manager , select the Status of the service: Received, Not Received. Also we recommend to our Members-Buyers: 1. the Service Provider should to compsoe a document: 1) List the service(s), descriptions, and prices for them, the general condtions of work,and how long the Provider is planning to do (if it's a freelancer) and etc, for example) 2. you and the Service Provider must to sign it together and upload it as an image on BetaRill. Note: 1. if the Service Provider will not provide the ncessary service within of the specified duration, he/she will not get the money, and you will get them back. 2. if the work is really horrible, and you don't like it too much, explain why, in the case, maybe the Service Provider will get only some super minor part of the money which you spent since he/she spent his/her own time and efforts. 3. if the Service Provider made something not fully correctly, ask him/her to change this, if he/she refuses to do this, let explain his/her point about this. In general, be careful, and give precise tasks to the service providers (if it's freelancers and etc). Anyway, contact us anytime if you get any issues with Service Providers, we will try to figure your situaton out and solve the problem the best way. |
