Electric Food Dehydrator "Dachnik-4" is designed for harvesting fruits, vegetables, berries, mushrooms, herbs and other plant products at home by drying, as well as heating food and cooking dietary dishes. The drying Cabinet is designed as a floor installation. Two sections with tubular emitters (electric heaters) are mounted inside the housing, which set a certain range of infrared radiation. Drying is fast, despite the low temperature. Evaporation of moisture in electric cabinets using infrared radiation maximally preserves vitamins, trace elements, nutritional value and other important qualities in dried products, such as taste, color and natural aroma. Subsequently, it is enough only to soak the dry product in warm water, and it almost completely restores its properties. In "Dachnik-4" there are four retractable mesh baking trays on which products are laid out for drying. Baking trays are made of food-grade stainless steel. Under the lid is a removable baking tray for drying products. At the bottom there is a tray for collecting small parts of products that fall through the mesh trays. Each product is dried at a certain temperature. The panel of the drying Cabinet has a special temperature controller for setting drying modes that correspond to different levels of heating temperature of the Cabinet. The dehydrator provides: high quality of the dried product; almost complete preservation of vitamins and useful trace elements; reducing the content of harmful microflora in the product; long-term storage of the product without deterioration of quality; restoring the appearance, taste and natural aroma after a short soaking of the dried product.
